  1. Cancellation Policy

We require a credit card after a no show or cancellation in less than a 24-hour period. We understand that stuff happens, as we have families and the occasional emergency of our own. In the event of a family emergency, we will always have your back! The cancellation policy is put into place to protect our team and will only be enforced if cancellations or no-shows become excessive.

  1. Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be used for purchases of services and products at The Collective Salon. The card cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded on the remaining balance. Restrictions may be applied to gift card specials.

  1. Packages

Packages and Blowout memberships cannot be shared or transferred to another guest.

  1. Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks. We do not accept gratuity on credit cards; however, our stylists do accept VENMO.
