With an intense mission to shift the salon industry and the world, Janine devotes her time and energy to developing not only her team, but teams from all around the USA with her business and extensions education to revolutionize the mindsets and financial independence of the future hair stylists of America.
Janine’s belief that every hair stylist has the unique opportunity to affect positive change in this world on a massive scale is what inspires her to push boundaries and the traditional mentalities of business leaders.
Janine is known for growing her team of high performing stylists, hair color and extension specialists at her salon in St. James, NY by providing hair stylists of all levels with the roadmap and supporting their own financial freedom along with the tools necessary to take control of their careers.
