How Our Color Pricing Works

At our salon, we believe in providing fair and transparent pricing that reflects the individual needs of each client. Our pricing structure is designed to ensure that you only pay for the services and products that you use.

Service Price + Parts: The total cost of your service includes a base price for the service itself, plus the cost of any parts used, such as hair color. This means that the final price will vary based on the amount of color required for your hair.

Fairness for All Guests: We understand that hair types and styles differ greatly from person to person. By pricing based on the amount of product used, we ensure that clients with shorter or less dense hair are not charged the same as those with longer or thicker hair. This approach allows us to tailor our services to your unique needs.

Adaptability to Cost Changes: Our pricing model also allows us to adjust the cost of color as needed without imposing blanket percentage increases. If the price of color changes, we can easily adjust the parts cost for each individual guest, keeping our pricing fair and accurate.

Credit Cards

We encourage cash payments by offering a 3% discount for clients who choose to pay in cash. By opting for cash, you can enjoy this discount while helping us keep our pricing competitive.

Cancellation Policy

We fully understand that life can be unpredictable, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. However, we kindly ask you to be mindful of our schedule and the needs of other guests. To ensure that we can continue to serve you and others to the best of our abilities, we require a booking fee.

- A $20.00 booking fee will be required for haircuts and blowouts.

- A $50.00 booking fee will be required for all color services.

This booking fee will be applied to your scheduled appointment. 24hr cancellation is required and your booking fee will be forfeited. No shows are unacceptable, all no shows will be required to pay the full service price in order to rebook. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to provide the best experience for all our clients.

Service Guarantee

At our salon, we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to ensuring that you love your hair! If you have any concerns or require adjustments, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues and make sure you leave satisfied.

Late Arrival

We value your time and strive to provide all our clients with the best experience possible. If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to:

- Shorten your appointment time to accommodate our schedule.

- Reschedule your appointment, in which case you will forfeit your booking fee.

Product Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All products can be returned gently used within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds can be issued in the form of credit, check, or store credit.

Guests under 18

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their appointment. If a minor arrives without an adult, we will proceed with the appointment as if they are an adult. We are committed to providing excellent service; however, we cannot be held responsible for any miscommunication between a parent or guardian and the minor regarding services, preferences, or any associated costs. We encourage parents and guardians to discuss and review the services that their child wishes to receive prior to the appointment. This helps ensure that both the guest and their guardian are aligned on expectations.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can only be used for purchases of services and products at The Collective Salon. The card cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded on remaining balance. Restrictions may be applied to gift cards specials. Gift Cards can not be used for gratuity.

Packages

Packages and Blow out memberships can not be shared or transferred to another guest.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.
